Product returns and replacement can be made under the following conditions :

  • The product you received is defective .
  • You received different products that you did not order.
  • In the case that the color or specifications you ordered does not suit you and you want to change it.
  • You want to replace products that are not defective for personal reasons.

Returns without prior call or electronic contact will not be accepted.

Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the order.

In order to return or change products, they must be in the condition you received them, not modified, with their labels on and documents included.

Returned products must be accompanied by the legal receipt or invoice which must be included in the parcel.

We will cover the shipping costs for the first return. After this, any price difference and/or COD costs will be charged to the customer.

In case of return, the new order must have the same or higher value than the one replaced.
